Servicemen of a separate marines battalion of the Marine Command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, US Marines, the Armed Forces of Georgia, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova, the State Border Service of Ukraine are taking part in the coastal component 'Sea Breeze 2021'.

Also, the Ukrainian units include the cadets of the Military Academy (based in Odesa). Future officers are undertaking internship at primary commanding positions.
