Memorial plaque will be placed in Kyiv in honor of legendary “Major Vykhor”
The commission on establishment of memorial signs in the capital maintained the initiative of community to establish a memorial plaque in honor of the Hero of Ukraine, honorable employee of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, honorable citizen of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Krakiv, Yevhen Stepanovych Berezniak on the house where he lived last years.
On November 24, 2013, Yevhen Berezniak left this world but the memory about man who dedicated all his life to the service to Motherland and the fostering of future generations of patriots will live forever.
It should be noted that the during the commission’s meeting, it was promoted appeals of community on putting of memorial plaques in honor of inhabitants of Kyiv – the Heroes of Heavenly Hundred where they lived, and in honor of inhabitants of Kyiv who was killed in the area of ATO on the walls of schools where they studied.
