More than 2500 hectares of land will be given to the ATO participants in Cherkasy oblast

Land parcels are given to ownership of the ATO participants, according to the article No. 118 of the Land Code of Ukraine, under conditions that such a citizen hasn’t already exercised his right for free obtainment of land plots of the appropriate purpose and showed the document certifying his participation in the anti-terrorist operation.

In order to provide all the willing ATO participants with land plots, land surveyors have reserved 1679,72 ha of lands in Cherkasy oblast. 109,47 ha of them are intended for building and maintenance of a residential house and household outbuildings, 183,11 ha are for individual gardening and 1387,14 are designated for personal farming.

Information about the reserved land areas for the servicemen is published on the official site of the Main Directorate of the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre in Cherkasy oblast.
