Making a comment on strategic plans of the Russian Federation concerning the temporarily uncontrolled territories of the eastern Ukraine, Vadym Skibitskyi noted: “A strategic goal of Russia in Ukraine was not achieved. Today, the Russian Federation has been trying to do everything in order to lift the international sanctions. However, Russia will impede the integration of our state in European society in future.”
