After pryhozhyn's demarche and the wagner PMC began to move towards the capital of the occupying country, a counter-terrorist operation regime was declared in a number of regions of russia.
In this regard, the security forces received permission to: listening to any conversations and check correspondence; carrying out arrests and searches without additional approvals; power access to private and office premises; using road transport of citizens and organizations; disconnection of all types of communication; "removal of individuals from areas of the terrain and objects".
Currently, moscow is practically isolated by police and military units. Reinforced patrols have been deployed at every intersection and exits from the city. A large number of buses without license plates and identification marks carrying armed men are seen moving across the capital. The movement of interregional passenger transport has been stopped. Cargo and mail transportations have also been suspended. Motor vehicles are being thoroughly checked at roadblocks, especially large vans.
Traffic of civil and official vehicles along the M4 Don federal highway (moscow – voronezh – rostov-on-don – krasnodar – novorosiisk) has practically been put to a halt. All lanes have been provided for military and cargo vehicles. Armed roadblocks have been deployed at all exits from the highway.
All military equipment that until now remained in reserve and or stationed in the border regions is being brought to moscow.
