The Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, held a working meeting with the President and First Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Anatolii Zahorodnyi and Volodymyr Horbulin.
They discussed topical issues in the field of national security, including the development and production of advanced weapons systems.
They exchanged views on possible solutions to strengthen the state's defense capabilities.
They agreed to deepen cooperation in developing satellite and unmanned systems and technologies.
“Today, we must not just respond to challenges but get ahead of them. It requires innovation, clear planning, experience, and the potential of the country's best strategists and scientists. No matter how difficult it may be, we must support and develop our science, as it is of fundamental importance for the defense and development of Ukraine,” Kyrylo Budanov emphasized.
The meeting with academics Volodymyr Horbulin and Anatolii Zahorodnyi was an essential step towards strengthening Ukraine's resistance to the aggressor state of russia.
