Major General Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, has met with the Ukrainian World Congress delegation.

“Kyrylo Budanov is the legendary Chief of Ukrainian intelligence — the man whose name causes russians to panic vehemently.

Today, the Ukrainian World Congress delegation saw first-hand that Mr. Budanov is full of strength, energy, and inspiration to continue to do his job in a highly professional manner.

Together we discussed how the UWC initiative can serve Ukraine's defenders and intelligence officers, in particular,” it is said in a message on UWC Facebook page.

“Our meeting with the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov was optimistic, reflected the high morale of Ukraine’s fighting troops and reinforced our certainty in Ukraine’s victory against russia, the world’s greatest threat to freedom and democracy,” summarized UWC Vice President, President of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America Andriy Futey.
