The message suggests that almost 40,000 Ukrainian have already been forced to go abroad – from the temporarily occupied and blocked cities of Ukraine, the russian military is taking them abroad in masse – to the territory of russia.

The Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories recommends that compatriots who have become victims of such illegal actions of the russian regime and wish to return to Ukraine, report their data to the nearest Embassy of Ukraine in neighboring countries or countries of possible transit.
