russia has announced a fund-raising campaign for the purchase of winter uniforms for the occupation contingent located in Ukraine. Official kremlin has recognized that it does not have enough budget funds for these needs.

It also became known that the next rotation of rashists will consist mainly of residents of the russia's far east and kamchatka. By a plan, fact they are better adapted to life in conditions of low temperatures and will be more effective act in winter. Also, the servicemen from these regions are not accustomed to comfort and are able to easily tolerate the lack of a well-established lifestyle.

There is information that kremlin's recruiters managed to attract a certain part of the population of the northern regions with promises of high payments. As the "newly-recruited" themselves say, " we’ll never make that much money".

However, this personnel has a very low level of training and knows almost nothing about the real state of affairs of hostilities in Ukraine.
