A benefit evening was taken place on July 1, at the hall of Kyiv City State Administration. Musicians from the 8 countries such as USA, Latvia, Estonia, Czechia, Polland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine performed during this evening.

Marathon was begun not with the music but with a minute of silence to remember, perished in the ATO area, opera artist Vasyl Slipak.

During the art-marathon, the volunteers presented leaflets in the form of hearts where there was published information about the warriors’ children who needs help. Painters did the paintings at the stage.

The project’s co-organizer Ihor Zhuk said that such benefit evenings will be held in other town of Ukraine. An idea of holding such evenings belongs to American colleagues who create art songs. So, musicians who are from Kyiv wanted to maintain their native city.
