In a conversation intercepted by military intelligence officers, a resident of Belgorod Oblast harasses refugees from the russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

“Honey, they are everywhere.[...] Those who lived in Donbas - they come here, you know, get a job, get paid, transfer to the Ukrainian army. And one wonders where our government is looking,” she laments.
