Yesterday the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence was held.

During the meeting, the Committee considered the draft law on approving the decision of the President of Ukraine on the admission of units of the armed forces of other states in the territory of Ukraine in 2022 to participate in multinational exercises and decided to recommend to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as a result of consideration of the bill in the first reading, to adopt it as a basis and as a whole.

In addition, the people's deputies behind closed doors granted a hearing to information of the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and considered the issue of the state defence order for 2021-2023. The Committee also established a working group for developing a draft law on amending some laws of Ukraine regarding the reforming the financial support for servicemen.
