Skeleton, the leadership of the private military companies are the former warriors of russian special forces units. This was stated by Andrii Cherniak, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, for “RBK-Ukraine”online edition.

“They are professional as regards planning of operations. But those mobilized convicts, who are under their command, given the lack of good training and motivation, are not able to effectively carry out both offensive and defensive actions,” explained the representative of Ukraine’s military intelligence.
