The War&Sanctions portal has published a new set of information about the governing bodies of the russian military-industrial complex and key individuals involved in the formation and implementation of russia's state policy in the military-industrial complex.These people make the decisions that result in, among other things, the production of approximately 150 ballistic and cruise missiles per month, the constant modernization of Shahid attack drones, and the launch of their jet versions.

putin personally makes the main decisions in the military-industrial complex. Several "collegial" bodies, specialized departments of the aggressor state's administration, government, and other federal authorities are directly or indirectly subordinated to him.

The Military-industrial Commission, which has been headed by putin himself since 2014, implements state policy in the military-industrial complex and provides military-technical support in russia. He is the only one who approves its personal composition.

The first deputy chairman of the Commission is Dmitry Medvedev, who also serves as deputy chairman of the russian Security Council. The other two deputies are the first vice prime minister of the aggressor state, Denis Manturov, and the secretary of the russian Security Council, Sergey Shoigu.

The executive body of the military-industrial Commission is a board headed by one of the principal supervisors of the russian military-industrial complex, secretary of the "Gossovet," and assistant to the russian dictator Alexei Dyumin.

The Scientific and Technical Council of the Military-Industrial Commission is responsible for analytical and expert support of its activities, research and development, and innovation for the military-industrial complex.

After the start of the full-scale invasion, when problems of efficiency and completeness of control began to appear in the organization of the russian military-industrial complex management, putin created two more bodies to remedy the situation:

• the Coordination Council under the government of the russian federation to meet the needs of the armed forces, other troops, military formations, and agencies. It consists of the heads of all aggressor state law enforcement agencies, the government's economic bloc, and the presidential administration. The council is chaired by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin;
• The so-called "Presidential Administration of the russian federation" controls the activities of the military-industrial complex and is responsible for international cooperation in the military sphere. Its curator is Alexey Dyumin.

In total, the War&Sanctions portal has published data on 201 senior executives of the central governing bodies of the russian military-industrial complex.
