The Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, revealed the details of the destruction of the russian missile ship ‘Ivanoviets’ in a commentary to TheWarZone.
The mission was planned and implemented by the operators of the ‘Group 13’ special drone unit of the Ukraine’s military intelligence.
According to Kyrylo Budanov, a vessel of the russian black sea fleet was sunk by Ukrainian-made MAGURA V5 strike systems.
“Six direct hits by naval drones were made to the hull of the ship. As a result of the damage, the ship rolled astern and sank,” the Ukrainian intelligence chief described the fate of the ‘Ivanoviets’.
