Grizzly commands a group of combat medics of the DIUs' International Legion. After the start of the full-scale invasion, he arrived to help his friends from Ukraine fight the russian invaders.

“I decided to come for a few months. A few months turned into a few years, and I'm still here,” the soldier said.

The legionnaire described his motivation to fight for Ukraine and spoke about the peculiarities of service in the International Legion of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

“Perhaps the greatest strength of the Legion is that we have such a diverse membership. Every person you meet here is like a character from a book or movie,” he said.
