As part of the investigation into the missile strike by the aggressor state of russia on the "Factor-Druk" printing complex in Kharkiv — which resulted in the deaths of seven civilians and injuries to nine others on May 23, 2024 — the moscovites involved in this war crime have been identified and served with notices of suspicion.
The DIU helped identify the russian war criminals. The investigation was conducted by officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in cooperation with the Office of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine.

The suspects have been formally notified of suspicion in absentia under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“War Crimes”).
The investigation also established that the strike on "Factor-Druk" on May 23, 2024, involving three 5V55 missiles from the S-300 system, was carried out by servicemen of the special tactical missile group No. 3. This group was formed based on the 568th anti-aircraft missile regiment of the 76th air defense division of the 14th air and air defense forces army of the central military district of the russian armed forces.
Comprehensive measures are ongoing to bring the war criminals to justice.
