Taking into consideration a significant contribution of Ukraine's military intelligence in the protection of national interests of Ukraine from external threats, strengthening the defence capabilities of state, with the aim of maintaining a high authority of military intelligence, honouring the achievements of military intelligence personnel, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, President of Ukraine, has decreed:

To establish in Ukraine the Day of Military Intelligence of Ukraine, to be annually marked on September 7.

This is stated in the decree of the Head of State no. 629/2022.

The decree enters into force from the day of its publication.
