A memorial plaque will be placed on the façade of a building (at the address: city of Kyiv, Mykhailo Maksymovych Str. 3-G) in honor of Ukrainian intelligence officer, Hero of Ukraine Major General Shapoval Maksym Mykhailovych.

The Department of Culture of Kyiv Local State Administration has been authorized to determine the source of financing and to provide the production and installation of the memorial plaque in honor of the Ukrainian intelligence officer in accordance with the design that was given by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
