He took active part in the criminal activity on the territory of Ukraine in 2014-2015.

Position and place of service before he was seconded to participate in the Russian armed aggression against Ukraine: commander of the 58th Army (Vladykavkaz) of the Southern Military District (Rostov-on-Don) of the Russian Armed Forces.

Date and place of birth: 16.10.1967, Moscow, Russian Federation.

Education:

Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School (1988);

Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (1997);

Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (2010).

Military service at the commanding positions:

2010 – 2012 – chief of staff – first deputy commander of the 58th Army (Vladykavkaz) of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces;

2012 – 2014 – commander of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces;

since autumn 2014 till end of spring, 2015 – commander of the 12th Reserve Command (at that time – Center of the Territorial Forces, Novocherkassk, Russia) of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces;

since 2015 – commander of the 58th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces.

Combat experience: participant of the 1st and 2nd Chechen wars and Counter-terrorism operation in Dagestan.

Additional information:

for participation in warfare in the territory of Ukraine, received the rank of "Lieutenant General" (Decree of the Russian President No.764 from 13.12.2014); in March, 2016 – awarded with the Order "For courage" (received the award from the Minister of Defense of Russia Shoyhu S.).
