The soldiers of the DIU's Shamanbat special unit have received two new Heavy Shot attack drones, which effectively destroy russian occupants within a 20-kilometer radius.
The scouts raised money for the heavy drones manufactured by Gurzuf Defense thanks to the viewers of journalist Roman Tsymbalyuk's YouTube channel and Om TV. The authors have been fighting Kremlin propaganda since the beginning of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014. The project was supported by the Zampotech Charitable Foundation.
"The phrase 'end of war' and 'peace' are often heard today. This is misleading and relaxing. Nothing is over yet, and our fate is up to us. We support the Ukrainian defense forces — the main ones shaping our position in possible negotiations. Heavy Shot drones are a great tool in the professional hands of the DIU fighters to improve their negotiating position. I am grateful to everyone who supported the collection," Roman Tsymbaliuk wrote.
In July 2024, the Zampotech Charitable Foundation and Ihor Lachenkov purchased and delivered two Heavy Shots to the Shamanbat fighters. These drones served Ukraine faithfully, destroying the invaders, but unfortunately, they were lost in December.
"We are grateful to all those who responded extremely quickly to our request to replace the drones - Roman Tsymbalyuk's communities, Om TV channel, Zampotekh, and the manufacturing company that delivered the drones without delay," said the unit commander.
The Heavy Shot can carry from 10 to 40 kilograms of payload, is highly resistant to enemy electronic warfare, and is designed to destroy personnel, military equipment, and logistics facilities of the russian occupiers.
Among the muscovites, Heavy Shot is known as "Baba Yaga" - its arrival marks a terrible judgment for the invaders.
We are grateful to all those who joined this vital cause and continue to help the reconnaissance men and the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine!
The struggle continues!
Glory to Ukraine!
