According to the material, the improvement of the C2 system in the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will allow to increase the quality of target detection and ensure the reliability of their destruction, using less ammunition.

“This year we have started the process of improving the command and control system by creating the so-called tactical operational centers (TOCs), which are equipped with appropriate hardware and software,” said the Commander of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi.

He also stressed that four brigades are already equipped with TOCs and are actively using them, and in a year all combat brigades of the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be equipped with them.

“This should ensure efficient execution of tasks. The so-called "battle triangle" is created in these tactical operations centers, which combines means of surveillance, electronic warfare and fire destruction. This is done in order to improve the quality of target detection and ensure the reliability of their defeat simultaneously reducing resource – in other words, to hit the enemy with less ammunition.
