The concerts are organized by patriotic NGOs of Ukraine under the auspices of the State Service of Ukraine for affairs of war veterans and ATO participants.

Meetings for veterans and the defenders of Ukraine who are performing tasks in the ATO area, as well as charitable concerts for the warriors and inhabitants of Luhansk region, dedicated to the Day of the Military Intelligence of Ukraine, will be held on September 3-4, 2017.
