The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine # 18 from 17th January 2018 “On amendments to the Strategy on improving the management mechanism in the sphere of usage and protection of agricultural land of state property and its administration” has been put into effect.

Taking into account the provisions of the stated resolution, clarifications have been prepared for ATO participants regarding their priority right to land plots in view of the changes in legislation.
