New propaganda operations, which russia is preparing to conduct in Europe, are aimed, in particular, at Ukrainian refugees.

The goal is to convince people who left the country because of the war not to return.

This was stated by Vadym Skibitskyi, representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, during a discussion within the framework of the “New Country” project “Justice as a key tool for state development”.

He said that russia is already taking appropriate measures, for example, in Italy, where it uses its accomplices – the so-called journalists from the Ukrainian occupied territory – to justify the genocidal war against Ukraine.

“These are presentations of various “fiction and documentary” books allegedly about Ukraine’s crimes in Donetsk and Luhansk regions,– said Vadym Skibitskyi.

The representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine also stressed that russians are very actively working with our citizens who have left for European countries because of the war started by russia.

“This is a very powerful work that the russians have started: the creation of various societies, education of children, the church – all of which are used to make our Ukrainians lose their identity, and even more so, to make them never come back to us,– explained Vadym Skibitskyi.
