Careful preservation of history – is an essential condition of building of future

In 2015, thirty years have passed since reconnaissance man Valerii Hrynchak was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union

In 1985, Captain Hrynchak Valerii Ivanovych was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union for courage and heroism demonstrated during the performing of combat missions in Democratic Republic of Afghanistan.

Due to his extraordinary volitional qualities of character multiplied by the best patriotic and officer’s features of man’s character, Valerii Ivanovych occupied forever a worthy place in the history of former Soviet and modern Ukrainian military intelligence.

Having courageously overcome a difficult life tests, Valerii Hrynchak became one of the most striking commander image, on the example of whom several generations of the cadets Frunze High Combined Arms Command Military School decorated with two Orders of the Red Banner fostered, many of alumni of which nowadays are serving in the military intelligence system of Ukraine.
