Relatives of dozens of russian occupants from dagestan killed in the criminal war against Ukraine do not receive “funeral payments,” and other promised payments from moscow - they are not even given rubles for burial.

Also, the aggressor state does not pay the arrears to the families of the liquidated dagestanis.

“This situation once again illustrates moscow's real attitude to the peoples it has enslaved - the so-called subjects of the federation, particularly in the North Caucasus, have no rights and are needed by the Kremlin solely as a source of cheap or free manpower for meat assaults in its genocidal war against Ukraine. At the same time, such cases may also manifest the crisis in the budgetary and financial sphere of the aggressor state caused by the war,” commented the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Andrii Cherniak.

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reminds that every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people will be punished with fair retribution.
