During the seminar, foreign advisers in concern with the Ukrainian officers on information operation will discuss and analyze the negative information-psychological impact, which is conducted by the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The main purpose of the event is the opportunity to conduct practical training of the Ukrainian specialists in sphere of information warfare, combining it with the practice of evaluating the information environment, learning and analyzing the target audience and planning media events.

Representatives of other government agencies and structures active in the information warfare and information security field also are involved in the seminar.
