The terrorist country has intensified its military operations and is unsuccessfully trying to make a breakthrough in the eastern direction for almost a month. This was said by Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of Ukraine's military intelligence in an interview with Associated Press.
"After they were forced to leave Kherson and the right bank of the Dnipro River in general, they regrouped. It finally took two months. And indeed, since the beginning of February, offensive actions began. Yes, they don’t have a strategic nature, but there are at least four or five directions where active hostilities have begun. These are in the Luhansk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions," Vadym Skibitskyi noted.
According to him, Kupiansk in Kharkiv region, Lyman, Bakhmut, Mariinka, Avdiivka and Vuhledar in Donetsk regions are russia’s main targets now. Vadym Skibitskyi says that despite the intense battles on this part of the frontline, russia’s gains are not significant and show its forces are exhausted.
